Agencies team up for Safe Streets Task Force

Motorcycle stunt results in the death of local man
April 29, 2008

One man has died following a motorcycle crash in north Alabama. It happened at around 9:30 Monday night on Highway 431 near Highway 205 in Guntersville.

Plane Crash in Lake Guntersville

An investigation is underway as to what caused a single engine plane crash in Marshall County. 

Police Chief Jim Peterson says the pilot had just taken off from the Guntersville airport and was on his way to Birmingham when he began to experience engine trouble.
